we rented a couple of bikes downtown and headed to 17th ave.  i knew a trip to a gourmet market was necessary, if only to troll the aisles and fantasize about what we could buy if we had a kitchen (see snails below).  marczyk's did not disappoint.  they also do a weekly bbq on friday nights, called meat on the street.  we shared a delicious burger and a couple of orange "sodas."
