hardware for roadies.

before i started touring regularly, i had no limits as to how much jewelry i could wear at once.   each finger had a ring, if not two; every hole was filled, and my neck sloped with the weight of chains.  now that i live out of a suitcase, i've had to pare down my hardware to simple, cohesive pieces that i can wear 24/7, whether i'm washing wigs, repairing costumes, or pushing wardrobe gondolas.  of course, i get bored of looking at the same 5 or 6 trinkets every day for months on end, so i rotate each "season."

this summer has been so ridiculously hot... i haven't been able to bear wearing my chunkier goods.  so this is what i've been living in...

turquoise earrings from my boyfriend, vintage gold bangle, gold stackable rings (worn individually across my right hand) by sara danielle, turquoise medallion from world market, re-purposed on a vintage chain

however, a girl can dream... if i wasn't perpetually elbow-deep in shampoo and wigs, this is what my fingers would be dripping with: the glamourai knuckle huggerpamela love raven skulljoanna laura constantine moroccan ring, to name a few.
